Mr. Pradeep Mahabaley – Director
Mr. Pradeep Mahabaley is a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of experience in infrastructure planning, project management, and engineering consultancy. He has successfully led numerous projects in the fields of water supply, sewerage systems, sewage treatment plants (STPs), storm water drainage, roads, urban infrastructure, and municipal development.
Under his leadership, Bluestream Infrastructure Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has established itself as a trusted consultancy organization providing comprehensive services, including feasibility studies, DPR preparation, detailed engineering, project management consultancy (PMC), construction supervision, and capacity building for various government and private sector clients.
His vision is to deliver sustainable, innovative, and technically sound infrastructure solutions that contribute to the development of smart and resilient communities.

He acquired the experience in Multi sectoral Urban projects/ Smart Cities including linear infrastructure projects. He has been acting in the capacity of Director Operations, Head of the departments, team leader & project manager for Urban infrastructure projects for various funding agencies like World Bank, JICA, DFID, AFD etc.
In the capacity of Director-Operations, he has been responsible for:
(i.) Overall growth of the organization
(ii.) Responsible for formulation and implementation of business strategy
(iii.) Responsible for quality delivery of the project services
(iv.) Overall responsible for Operation of the organization
(v.) Overall responsible for P&L of the organization.
As a head of the water department, he has been responsible for:
Business Development and Tendering for water projects; That includes up-front interaction with the Client to assess the upcoming projects, formulating the potential joint venture partners, MOUs. Tendering activities involving complete quality supervision of Techno-Commercial proposals. He has been responsible for quality delivery of the assignments. He is also responsible to lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for water department. He has acquired the capability of team building/capacity building. He has the experience to lead around 200 professional working at corporate and various project site offices.
As a Team Leader/Project Manager, he has been responsible for:
Project Mobilization, Project Execution, Quality Aspects, Project Closure, Team Engagement & Retention and Management Review. Acquired exposure in Arbitration/ legal proceedings through supporting the internal legal team on some projects and also instrumental to assist the legal team for necessary resolution and award by the Arbitrator.
He is also responsible to meet the various financial targets like turnover, revenue management, P&L for water department.
He desires to contribute to the infrastructure development in India by way of sustainable projects. He wishes to contribute his knowledge and ideas in policy formulations for infrastructure developments. Sustainability is his passion and hence he has driven project concepts like continuous water supply system, water supply with water conservation, recycle and reuse treated sewage etc.
He looks to contribute more innovative and sustainable solutions for the benefit of all stakeholders and work towards the betterment of the infrastructure for the people at large.
